Dianne left her career in education after encountering the Holy Spirit and experiencing God’s miraculous healing from infertility. A graduate of the University of Illinois, Vineyard Leadership Institute and Vineyard Bible Institute, Dianne entered full-time ministry with her husband, Happy, and together they have pastored The Vineyard Church of Central Illinois, Urbana, IL. while raising their family of four sons and one daughter. Over the past forty years, Dianne has served on the Vineyard USA Executive Team, led the Women in Leadership and Renewal Teams and traveled widely sharing God’s love and healing power. She is the author of three books that reflect her passions: We’re Pregnant! How to Receive God’s Cure for Infertility, Hello Holy Spirit: God’s Gift of Live-in Help, and Jesus Heals Today: God’s Prescription for a Hurting World. While she continues to mentor many young people, her greatest joy is sharing Jesus’ love with her 18 grandchildren!

After pastoring cessationist churches for 15 years, God opened Van’s heart to the full ministry of the Holy Spirit in 1994. He and his wife, Laurie, eventually launched Vineyard Northwest in 2001. In 2011-2012 they began to lead the church into a renewed passion for the Holy Spirit, with a focus on presence-driven worship, healing, and prophetic ministry.
In addition to all that, Van grew up in East Brady, PA, north of Pittsburgh, and, yes, he is a die-hard Steelers fan somehow surviving in Bengals territory. It helps that Laurie is from Cincinnati. They have four grown children (40, 38, 36 and 29), all married, and 9 grandchildren so far. Van loves guns and shooting as a hobby and Laurie grew up on the east side of Cincinnati and loves playing tennis. They’ve been married for close to 45 years and love each other more than ever.
Wilson is a family man. The best thing about his life is Jesus, plain and simple. A close second is his wife Jen and their four young kids Haya, Silas, Harvest, and Noelle. After high school, Wilson spent time on staff with YWAM taking teams throughout the Middle East and Southeast Asia. This experience combined with years of taking people out to do power evangelism in the streets of Cincinnati has prepared him to equip others. His passion in ministry is to see believers know their identity and then walk in an outward-focused life that is bathed in the presence and power of God.
Luke is a passionate lover of Jesus. He is crazy in love with his wife Jaime (est. 2017) and their two sons, Titus and Ozzie. He has been a pastor at Vineyard Northwest in Cincinnati, OH since 2014 and currently serves as Executive and Worship Pastor. He has a gift for releasing hunger in people, as well as bringing revelation on Kingdom Leadership. Empowering people, radically believing in people, and making Kingdom things happen in partnership with Jesus are what make him come alive.
Micah is the Pastor of Prophetic Ministry at Vineyard Northwest in Cincinnati, OH. He grew up in a very prophetic family where spending time with God was a normal part of homeschooling, and then continued his education at Cincinnati Christian University and International House of Prayer in Kansas City, MO (IHOPKC). Micah’s mission is to encourage people to connect to the heart of God and his goal is to see friends of God encounter him in a real way so that his display of glory and power is recognized all across the earth.
