Heidi Clippard - Moved by Injustice, Empowered by the Spirit
Dust.Love
For as long as she can remember, Heidi Clippard has been in hot pursuit of setting all forms of captives free in every sense of the word. As a pastor at Vineyard Northwest, in Cincinnati, Ohio, she cultivates His presence in private to then overflow into jails, churches, public schools, higher education, cities, and nations, actively demonstrating that healing, deliverance, and prophecy are inseparable from caring for the poor, embracing the marginalized, and intentionally welcoming the “outsider” into God’s beautifully diverse, inclusive family.
A “Vineyard gal” for over 20 years, she’s been deeply rooted and formed in Kingdom Theology from extensive training that includes School of Kingdom Ministry, Cincinnati School of Supernatural Ministry, and ongoing mentorship with theologian Derek Morphew—shaping her approach to ministry that is both biblically rich and boldly practiced.
Blending her background of 25 years in occupational therapy within the US, impoverished areas abroad, and in secondary education, Heidi brings a grounded, whole-person lens to kingdom ministry—where bodies and minds are healed, systems are confronted, and lives are restored. In 2022, Heidi founded DUST.Love (Daughters Uniting in Spirit & Truth), transforming and awakening women to their true identity and Spirit-empowered authority—currently reaching 29 states and 11 nations.
Married for 18 years and a mother of three, she brings practical wisdom, grit, and clarity as a trusted visionary leader, author, and sought-after mentor, educator, and speaker who unapologetically challenges individuals and the Church to actively live out the full gospel–where the Holy Spirit and Kingdom justice naturally collide.

Jon Wiener - Prophetic Deliverance & Trauma
Vineyard Cincinnati
Jon Weiner was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he first encountered the Holy Spirit as a child while growing up in the 1990s at Vineyard Cincinnati.
In 2020, after years of struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, and suicidal ideation, Jon entered multiple treatment facilities, found sobriety, became deeply rooted in the recovery community, and ultimately surrendered his life to Jesus.
Following a radical salvation experience, Jon left behind his life as a restaurant owner and punk rock musician to pursue full-time ministry. He first served with The LIT Movement alongside his now-wife, Sylvia. Through powerful experiences of deliverance and inner healing, Jon developed a deep passion for the ministry of the Holy Spirit and a growing hunger to pray for people and see them encounter God’s love and healing.
Jon went on to launch a reentry program as a chaplain in the Hamilton County Jails, ministering to homeless individuals and those battling addiction. He has also been part of the Cincinnati School of Supernatural Ministry for several years, where he now serves as a teaching assistant.
Today, Jon serves on the pastoral team at Vineyard Cincinnati as the Director of Evangelism. He ministers with boldness, compassion, and a deep heart for the healing power of Jesus—especially among the lost and marginalized. Jon and Sylvia live in Northside with their newborn son, Elton, and their dog, Etta James.
